Job description

The People Experience Coordinator has a strong presence across all areas of the function, including Business Partners, Total Rewards, Learning and Development, Change Management, and Talent Acquisition. Through collaboration with key partners, the People Experience Coordinator understands business priorities and delivers a full spectrum of services to elevate the experience of our people, provide frontline support to our team members from all locations, act as a steward of data accuracy, and drive adoption of our tools and systems across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the People Experience team as a main respondent to inbound inquiries from team members via the department mailbox, phone line, and ServiceNow tickets
  • Implement and audit department programs, initiatives, systems, policies, and procedures
  • Generate reports that support the bigger picture for department planning, talent insights across the business, and executive report-outs
  • Serve as the back-up support for onboarding and offboarding requests
  • Compose letters and legal documents as needed; maintain compliant record keeping
  • Provide support on team member relations issues and responses as needed
  • Proactively keep a pulse on HR trends and compliance requirements, proactively share updates with key stakeholders, and administer updates as necessary
  • Deliver training of key processes to team members and managers as needed
  • Coordinate rewards and recognition for team members
  • Support People Experience team with special ad-hoc projects
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Working understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with HR metrics and data to story tell and provide decision support
  • Intermediate proficiency with Excel and/or other data visualization tools
  • Proven capability of working with partners to develop, implement and audit HR programs, initiatives, systems, policies, and procedures
  • Proven track record of calmly, confidently, and confidentially engaging with management and team member relations to address opportunities and needs, as appropriate


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Human Resources credential (e.g., SHRM-CP and/or PHR)
  • Experience in Workday HCM
  • Experience leading or partnering with 2+ of the following HR functions: Business Partners, Total Rewards, Team Member Relations, Recruiting, Change Management, and/or Learning & Development
