I am offering a great full time direct hire opportunity for an experienced Administrative Assistant with a background in the financial/banking industry.

Must have a pleasant demeanor, be professional, honest, teachable, very reliable, able to manage multiple tasks without supervision, be organized, trustworthy, be able to pass a thorough background check prior to being hired, astute, be personable with clientele, enjoy paperwork and have great references.

You will work closely with clients to consistently provide them the highest level of service in the industry. You will be responsible for all paperwork, distributions, fund transfers, and any other operational issue the client may request with a positive attitude.

You will also work closely with the Owner/ Financial Advisor with 20 years industry experience in a relaxed professional workplace.

  • Proficiently complete all paperwork associated with our industry
  • Manage relationships with an emphasis on follow up activity
  • Network and build relationships with new and existing client base
  • Promote, when appropriate, our products and services to new and existing clients
  • Manage all clients cash flow, distributions, RMD's etc.

Qualifications

  • 2 years minimum experience in the financial advisory business
  • Must not have claimed bankruptcy
  • Must be able to pass a very thorough background check
  • Must be familiar with general concepts, practices and procedures of financial advisor industry
  • Deep knowledge of investment products, services and paperwork
  • Must be able to work well without supervision
  • MUST be ethical, reliable and trustworthy
  • College degree a plus/ some college coursework preferred
  • Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiency
  • Polished, professional, friendly demeanor
  • Provide clients with a wonderful experience every time you interact with them
  • Outstanding oral/ written communication and client service acumen
  • Maintain productive working relationships with others in remote locations
  • Enjoy a professional small business environment
  • Must have impeccable job history
  • Must be very neat and organized
  • Must be able to work well unattended
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A registered Notary is a plus
