Our central loan processing group is seeking a Loan Operations Manager to join and lead our team and oversee the administration and coordination of all loan servicing functions within the consumer and commercial loan departments.


Duties & Responsibilities include:

  • Lead the loan operation's team to support bank growth.
  • Maintain and demonstrate proficiency with the loan software applications; Finastra Laser Pro and the bank's core application which is Jack Henry 20/20.
  • Oversee the daily operation of all aspects of loan operations including processing, loan servicing, loan documentation review, post-closing and overall internal loan operations customer service.
  • Develop policies and procedures and ensure reporting standards and departmental goals are met.
  • Oversee ongoing departmental training to comply with new regulations and loan system changes.
  • Establish working relationships with business units and provide superior customer service.
  • Assess staffing needs, evaluates training agendas, set expectations, monitor staff performance and prepare performance appraisal of direct reports.
  • Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.


The successful candidate will have 5+ years of loan operations experience as well as 2+ years of management experience. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Management preferred. Requires prior experience developing department policies and procedures, excellent written and verbal community skills and strong ability to coach, mentor and lead a team.
