Description:

Fill and replenish the assigned injection molding machine(s) in their entirety; from raw material to packaging supplies.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Attain the daily schedule to prepare materials.
• Communicate with the previous shift's Material Handler(s) regarding issues during their shift.
• Provide packaging material(s) for each assigned press per the whiteboard instructions.
• Move the resin and inserts noted on the whiteboard documentation from the material issue area to the respective molding machine(s).
• Record moved resin and insert lots on the respective documents.
• Move the finished goods' pallet from the operator's workstation to the respective staging area.
• Set the dryer temperature for each assigned job.
• Clean dryers and filters using the vacuum.
• Empty garbage and recycling bins/containers throughout the shift following the company's environmental guidelines.

. Requirements:

• Required to work on feet and constantly walk throughout the entire shift.
• Capable of lifting, moving, and pushing up to 55 lbs.
• Train to operate a manual pallet jack and sit down forklift.
• Continuously participate in the company's IATF (TS) policy and the ISO 14001 environmental management system practices and training.

Qualifications

• English is preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic English reading and writing skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Prior experience is preferred but not required.
