Responsible for identifying and effectively resolving Medical Group Denials.

Responsibilities:
Identifies and resolves medical group billing denials by effectively working the encounter to ensure accurate and timely submission of claim and/or patient statement.

Researches and prepares documentation in submit an appeal, rebill the claim with supporting explanation of benefits (EOB), and/or various corrections to avoid loss of revenue.

Provides on-going support for Medical Group work queues as assigned.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma

Technical Experience: Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools and various computer applications.

1 years of healthcare revenue cycle experience in billing and/or follow up activities
