Job description
WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Talent Coordinator is responsible for lending support to the Talent Acquisition team through various stages of the recruiting lifecycle. From updating job descriptions, creating LinkedIn search projects, and posting requisitions to processing new hire paperwork - the talent coordinator is a linchpin part of the team.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Duties:
* Manage the process of hiring/onboarding temps
* Organize/Post requisitions that are on 'bonus spotlight' within Busey
* Update job descriptions as appropriate to formatting, and ensure proper organization on the shared drive
* Route requisitions for approval as requested
* Create sourcing projects via LinkedIn as requested
* Schedule interviews on behalf of the Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers
* Conduct phone screens and reference checks - report findings to appropriate recruiter
* Process new hire paperwork - for recruiter to review/submit
* Process large quantities of system changes at the direction of workforce planning or performance management teams
* Support research projects related to industry trends and best practices.
* Miscellaneous Tasks: Order funeral/memorials, expense reports, process annual officer promotions and service milestones, keep office supplies and "on hand" Busey swag items stocked.
* Other duties as assigned

* Demonstrated ability to keep candidate and hiring manager experience in the forefront of all we do.
* Keep organized/detailed notes around various projects/tasks.

EDUCATION & TRAINING
* High School diploma required; associate degree preferred.
* Familiarity with HRIS platforms, UKG experience preferred.
* Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office.
