Aventri is eagerly seeking a NEW Account Executive to join our growing sales organization. YOU will be a hunter and play a key role in the growth of the company by implementing effective and innovative solution sales strategies to bring in new business revenue. If you're that energetic person who loves the thrill of the hunt while also cultivating strong relationships with prospects and clients, you'll love growing with us!

What We Have For You:
  • Develop creative, unique ideas for target marketing of new business
  • Understand how to translate the needs and challenges of prospects into real solutions to help support the growth and performance of their events, conferences and meetings
  • Effectively manage your sales pipeline while identifying new prospects to capitalize on
  • Build a territory business plan which outlines your execution plan
  • Monitor and report sales activity within Salesforce.com on a daily basis
  • Be precise in forecasting expected closes
  • Successfully manage and leverage other resources throughout the sales process including Business Development Reps, Solutions Consultants and Executive Team members
  • Review pipeline and strategies with manager regularly to brainstorm on how to maximize opportunities.
  • Actively participate in industry events in order to network and uncover future opportunities
  • CRUSH your sales targets and enjoy uncapped commissions and extra perks when you do so
What You Bring:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years experience in a SaaS, software or other technology sales role
  • Proven track record of success exceeding sales and revenue goals
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com
  • Experience selling event management software or working in the events industry is a HUGE PLUS!
