POSITION OVERVIEW

The Account Management Analyst will play a critical role in a focused portfolio of Axiom's highest-value and strategically important Accounts (likely portfolio size of 1 - 5 Accounts, each with a minimum of 10 active Lawyer engagements at any one time). You will work in close concert with the Account Executive at your designated Accounts to execute on onboarding, book of business management, and coordination. This requires not only excellent client handling skills, but also exceptional internal coordination - this role will work in close concert with internal Axiom teams and clients to drive optimal business operations and outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Specifically, this role will support our Account Management team, focused on these areas:

Onboarding:
Manage client and legal resource onboarding processes. Keep each party apprised on status updates, mandatory next steps, and ongoing issues. Ensure the resource is fully setup operationally (technology, access, setup) and subjectively (introductions to key stakeholders, employment is solidified internally, aware of client expectations).

Matter setup in OpenAir - work cross functionally with matter management, finance, business operations, lawyer partnership to ensure the resource has a matter to bill time against in OpenAir

Provide details to business operations on new engagement wins

Collect billing information from client on invoicing

Matter setup on client side

Work with operations/administration team to ensure matters are setup on client side for invoicing

Various troubleshooting questions from both client/lawyers

Main point of contact on every single question that arises for new engagements

Book of Business management

Salesforce CPQ management (extension, amendment) revenue forecasting. Ensuring that whatever the client/lawyer have as the logistics/facts of the engagement are reflected accordingly in Salesforce (I.e. if someone were to extend or want to be part time, this must be reflected in BoB)

Tracking roll-offs for active engagements

Accurate revenue reflection against forecast

Opportunities - close win and handle all the management of salesforce

Flash variance report (looking at the forecast in Salesforce versus what is in OpenAir and do we have an accurate picture of our book of business

Help create SOS (no longer owned by TE), send DocuSign's for sales, save SOS into appropriate drive

Help get margin approved in SFDC by owning communication with Axiom leadership

Envoy/Axiom for talent management

Keep lawyer bench updated in envoy/axiom for talent. Make sure notes are captured and feedback is shared

Clean up bios for TE when needed

Help write and submit lawyers for strategic engagements

Invoicing

Main contact for Axiom finance team to ask questions, raise issues, or trouble shoot issues

Track late invoicing, escalate issues back to client on behalf of finance

Audit/review invoices to ensure accurate setup and billing (i.e. the right matter is being billed to, the right units are being billed, and the right utilization is submitted)

LawVu - work with Solutions Design + Delivery

liaison between client, lawyer, finance, and matter management as the sole source of "truth" for what should be invoiced

Email maintenance/keeping the team apprised on all status updates

managing email alias for strategic relationships, serve as the quarterback to ensure the right parties answer the questions that arise

QUALIFICATIONS

1+ years of business experience

Extreme cross collaboration internally, strong communication, attention to detail, tech savvy, proactiveness, and quick thinking on feet.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (including PowerPoint and Excel).

Legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located.
