Top Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and screening prospective acquisition markets and assets
  • Performing market research and developing market analysis summaries for potential acquisitions opportunities
  • Developing financial models and performing detailed financial analysis of acquisition targets, including analysis of historical financial statements and preparation of cash flow projections, to assess investor risk and return
  • Preparing comprehensive investment memoranda supporting the acquisitions team's investment recommendations to the firm's investment committee
  • Supporting acquisition due diligence and closing process
  • Performing analysis to support on-going asset management activities, such as repositioning, refinancing, and disposition
  • Participating in various forms of investor correspondence
Experience Preferred
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in real estate, accounting, or finance
  • 1 + years of experience as a financial analyst for a real estate investment firm, investment bank, or other similar professional exposure
