Job description

Our client is an Investment Management firm, that brings decades of experience in providing investment guidance to clients. Currently, they are seeking an Associate to join their Client Servicing/Portfolio Administration team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing support to portfolio managers from an operational perspective including prioritizing workflow, client account openings/onboarding, maintaining and updating records, billing and related reporting
  • Prepare client/prospect meeting materials
  • Process personal securities transactions
  • Ensure exceptional client servicing while dealing with clients
  • Participate in projects and process improvements as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience within financial services/wealth management
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially advanced excel
  • Great interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate client relationships
  • Organized, detail oriented with the ability to multitask
  • FINRA Licenses 6, 63 preferred
