Job description
The Associate Project Manager will assist now in Bermuda Project Manager on 20 hours per week with the waste water treatment plant project related to design and construction deliverables. The Associate Project Manager will work closely with discipline the Project Manager (PM). The APM I will communicate status and issues of certain project deliverables directly to the Clients and Owners on behalf of the PM.
Duties/Responsibilities:
* Communicate and follow up with stakeholders about specific projects.
* Assists PM with project delivery and submittal of project deliverables
* Facilitates the filing of QA/QC documents (collects, scans, posts, etc.)
* Review invoices
* Update project plans
* Send out multiple project reports
* Coordinate project meetings with stakeholders
* Assists PM with collecting Client & Project standard documents and protocols
* Facilitates the selection and format editing of specifications with Project Engineers
* Assists in content editing (red-line) of specifications with direction from Project Engineers
* Assists in printing and scanning of documentation for project
* Apply necessary stamps and signatures for submissions
* Rename documents to match established project protocols
* Verify drawing/specification sets are correct, prepare transmittal information, and deliver to client
* Keep track of and reporting on project progress

* Strong analysis, decision-making and problem solving skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
* Ability to work as part of a team and interact effectively with others.
* Excellent organization skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks under time constraints.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office.
* Ability to work with different personalities and communication styles.
Education and Experience:
* Entry level
* Knowledge with supporting engineering design/consulting
* Managerial experience not required.
* Bachelor's Engineering degree
