Job description

Position Summary: Responsible for driving pipeline growth for our sales team globally by generating and nurturing leads. The BDR will research and contact targeted prospects to qualify and lead through the sales pipeline.

  • A self-starter willing to make outbound sales calls, research territories for lead generation and make numerous follow up calls
  • Support the Business Development Managers through Salesforce activities and management
  • Assist in the administration of all Academic calendar events
  • Have a familiarity with web-based applications and programs to effectively manage pipeline using CRM tools (NetSuite and Salesforce)
  • Become knowledgeable in the Capsim suite of products
  • Meet deadlines, work independently, take initiative and follow through with requests
