Job description

Job Purpose:

This position is responsible for delivering moderate to simple change management solutions in support of key initiatives and programs for individual divisions and teams; partnering with more senior OCM resources to execute large, complex OCM solution; building change leadership capabilities; using a consultative approach with leaders of small to medium size departments/or multiple departments to drive adoption; creating scalable, sustainable, and measurable OCM plans, including the case for change, stakeholder engagement plans, change and action plans, communication and training plans, and reinforcement/measurement plans; contribute to the continuous improvement of enterprise OCM methodologies, tools, and templates.

Required Job Qualifications:

* Bachelor degree with 4 years of experience in organizational effectiveness, change management, or related HR field OR 8 years of experience in organizational effectiveness, change management or related HR field.
* Experience leading cross-divisional, large-scale organizational analysis / design and organizational development initiatives plus ability to influence without direct authority and lead virtual team to achieve successful business outcomes
* Experience in program design, needs assessment, performance measurement and evaluation, process improvement, team and consulting skills with the ability to work in a diverse work group
* Project management skills and experience
* Consultative skills and negotiation skills
* Networking, verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills
* Ability to work independently and producing high quality deliverables
* Analytical skills and process design skills
* Business acumen

Preferred Job Qualifications:
* Master degree

* Recommended Prosci certified
* Health insurance, healthcare industry or consulting experience
* Experience with Excel and Visio
* Process Design experience
* Experience with project management tools such as MS Project
