About Fubo Gaming:
Fubo Gaming is a new division of live TV streaming platform fuboTV (NYSE: FUBO) that launched in 2021. With consumers already deeply engaged with fuboTV's leading sports streaming packages, Fubo Gaming aims to provide a comprehensive sports & entertainment experience through sports betting and interactive gaming. The online wagering experience, Fubo Sportsbook, is expected to launch in Q4 2021.

About the Role:
Fubo Gaming is seeking a Customer Care specialist to join our Chicago team. In this role you will be expected to provide daily support and proactive interactions across various channels and translate these efforts to providing better customer support experiences and effectively converting and retaining clients into to our platform. We are looking for a skilled problem solver that can listen to customer service issues and offer unique and innovative solutions to each service interaction. This position is best suited for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with a passion for Customer service.

Responsibilities :
Provide world-class, personalized customer service and build rapport/relationship across every customer touchpoints

Managing service queries and building sustainable relationships with clients

Respond to all new tickets from Call/Email/Live-chat and Facebook/Twitter

Delivering a comprehensive service to enquiring customers

Develop positive customer relationships through excellent service

Strong knowledge of the product and internal processes

Managing customers' accounts

Meet company service and quality standards

Ability to handle multiple calls, queries, and emails concurrently

Adept at high-pressure service situations

Strong knowledge of a multitude of sports

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Willingness to work nights and weekends

Skill Required:
Associates level degree or relevant work experience

2+ years of experience in with Sales or Customer Service

Strong written and verbal skills

Strong teamwork skills

Strong phone support skills

Strong knowledge of a multitude of sports

Understanding and promoting company programs

Solid understanding of escalation process

Strong phone support skills

Strong work ethic. Is accountable, works smart and pushes self and others for results

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and is effective in a variety of communication settings i.e. one to one, small and large groups, and among diverse styles and position levels

Innovative and comes up with useful ideas that are new, better, or unique

Learns quickly. Takes on the challenge of unfamiliar tasks

Computer literacy in order to type up reports, results and details of customer interaction.

Ability to problem solve

Ability to maintain performance standard

Ability to provide high quality initial experiences to users

Ability to problem solve and react to clients' needs on the fly

Strong knowledge of a multitude of sports

Ability to quickly understand sports statistics and information

A love of sports and gaming
