Summary of Responsibilities:

Entry-Level Financial Service Representatives strive to get to know their clients by building strong relationships that will last a lifetime. FSR's should strive to meet the needs of clients by establishing and cultivating relationships, having vast knowledge of products available and being able to provide the resources necessary to holistically plan for clients' current and future needs.
Principal Responsibilities:
· Develop and cultivate client base
· Meet clients outside of the office to establish client needs and recommend appropriate products and services
· Market and sell appropriate products, including life insurance, disability income insurance, long-term care insurance, annuities, and investments
· Analyze, prepare and deliver presentations and seminars to clients through the effective use of information, data and product knowledge
· Demonstrate outstanding client service and support by continuing to assist current clients in achieving their changing financial objectives
· Comply with all industry and Company rules and regulations
· Actively participate in on-going training as provided by the Company
· Attend firm meetings and required training sessions
Knowledge/Skills/Competencies Required
· Business ethics, honesty and integrity

· Self-motivated and goal-oriented
· Ability to learn and adhere to compliance regulations and all Company policies and procedures regarding the sale and service of all Company products
· Willing to obtain required licenses
· Comfortable working on a commission-based compensation model
