The FP&A Finance Manager is a key member of the Financial Planning and Analysis organization, integral to supporting Barry Callebaut's organization in achieving Company objectives. The scope of the role includes ownership of consolidated reporting and analysis across the Americas Operations organization. This also includes ownership of the Operations Mid Term Plan, budget, and forecast which drives long-term strategic planning and resource allocation. This role provides the unique opportunity to drive meaningful process and reporting improvements that contribute to senior leadership decision-making and ensure that the business is utilizing the best tools that enable forward-looking financial insights to deliver profitable growth.

Key responsibilities include:

● Lead the analysis of factory and supply chain costs in interaction with Operations.

● Coordinate and lead preparation of benchmark studies (e.g. yearly factory cost benchmark study; external trends)

● Lead budgeting & forecasting process, communicate timelines and ensure deadlines are met

● Generate high quality and relevant performance mananagement intelligence for the OSCO organization

● Deep dive into volume/cost/sales activities, identify exposure risks & recommend resolutions

● Provide overall FP&A support, influence decision making, proactively identify findings, and present insights in a simple and concise way to senior management

● Participate in cross-functional teams accountable for developing the yearly budgets and forecasts

● Other special projects include working to build, communicate, and monitor new processes

● This position will build and maintain relationships with functional disciplines outside of Finance, including Supply Chain, Operations, Sales and Leadership team

About you:

● Bachelors or Master Degree in Finance, Accounting or similar

● 8+ years of related professional experience-FP&A, controllership, operations support

● Proficient in SAP, Business Warehouse, MS Excel and PowerPoint

● Analyical, hands-on, solutions oriented and performance driven to achieve targets

● Adept at Balance Sheet management

● Experience with management reporting and understanding a report's audience and what the audience will do with the information
