LaSalle Network is working with an exclusive, national non-profit company in the downtown Chicago area who is in need of a Finance Manager to cover an extended leave. This person will report directly to the Director of FP&A, manage their largest grant, and oversee the work of 2 Sr Financial Analysts. This Finance Manager will be responsible for preparing annual budgets, handle forecasting, planning, grant management, and financial analysis. This passionate non-profit is targeting a leader to take over for their current Finance Manager for approximately 9 months. This Finance Manager will have flexibility working remote, as well as in their beautiful office.

Finance Manager Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily operations, budgets, and expenses
• Create and maintain financial models for customer proposals
• Identify client needs and building analytical profitability presentations for business partners
• Assist with deal approval process to ensure compliance
• Understand and analyze key drivers of profitability to create recommendations to business partners
• Drive revenue, increase profitability, and limit risk

Finance Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar field
• 8+ years of finance experience within the non-profit space
• Experience managing a team of Financial Analysts
• Proficient in Excel and Word; Microsoft Navision and Concur are a plus
