We feel that our pooches are our children and we would only trust them to the best in care. We offer many services including cageless daycare, grooming, training, transportation, massage, self-wash, retail and expert food consultation. There is no place in Chicago like Urban Pooch Training and Fitness Center

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The essential duties and responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to the following:

Greet Customers : -)

Create Invoices for daycare, boarding, grooming, power walks ,playtime express

Face and restock product

Run End of Day reports

Email daily totals to management

Deposit cash into safe

Answer phone, take detailed messages and transfer when needed

Have a basic understanding of all services and products offered to provide knowledge and advice to clients

Ring out clients for products and process invoices throughout the day

Basic cleaning and janitorial work

Communicate with different departments throughout the shift to ensure a seamless stay for each pooch client

The job will be full time, with hours to be worked on weekends and some holidays.

Successful applicants must have:

Outgoing personality

Bright and bubbly energy

ability to multitask

strong communication and interpersonal skills

strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

ability to lift up to 40lbs

Experience and knowledge of canine diet and specialty dog food is desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
