Responsibilities:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's culture and its competition. This position will focus heavily on talent acquisition.

In this position you will:

Work with business unit management and supervisors to establish and execute talent acquisition strategies

Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the supply and demand of candidates, industry trends, and the needs of the organization.

Develop, implement, and participate in all phases of the recruitment process and employee life cycle.

Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.

Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Provide day-to-day performance guidance to management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).

Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.

Provide guidance and input on business unit workforce planning

Compile and prepare HR-related reports as requested.

Handle special HR projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
We do not sponsor employees for work authorization in the U.S. for this position.

Required skills and experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management with a major/concentration in Human Resources or a related field.

5 or more years of progressive HR experience as a Recruiter or HR Generalist.

Ability to diagnose problems and identify and drive appropriate solutions.

Ability to use qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions.

Thorough working knowledge of labor laws.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships, influence, and negotiate at all levels of the organization

Strong internal and external customer service focus.

The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously - oriented on results.

Bias for action, strong work ethic, and desire to achieve excellence.

Passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement.

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Familiarity with internet sourcing skills, such as Boolean search, and experience with some of the following: LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or other job boards.

Function effectively in a fast-paced recruiting environment.

Willing to travel and work occasional overtime.

Valued but not required skills and experience:

Experience at a consulting, professional services, or architecture / engineering firm

Experience working with iCIMS
