Responsibilities:

* Support current employees and potential/pending hires with visa/work sponsorship questions and processes including determining visa eligibility, visa renewal processes, and permanent residency applications

* Benefits administration, audits, compliance and research for Health & Wellness, 401(k), FMLA and other ancillary benefits.

* HR data management including employee files and records

* Support for internal and external audits, FINRA, and other required HR filings.

* Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures

* Manage HRIS (Workday) including ensuring high-quality employee data, HR reporting, and HRIS support for other members of the HR team

* Ensure legal compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and applicable employment law

* Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in Human Resources

* Provide a high level of service to employees for all general HR issues

* Local and global projects as assigned

Experience Needed:

* Minimum 3 -5 years' progressive generalist experience in Human Resources

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field with demonstrated interest in HR

* Hands on experience with Workday and comfort with learning new technical systems

* Working knowledge of US immigration law and visa processing (preferred)

* Experience in benefits administration and knowledge of applicable regulations (preferred)

* Previous experience in designing and administering compensation strategies (preferred)

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

* Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Must be able work in fast paced, complex environment with sensitivity to confidential and proprietary information

* Must be able to prioritize, plan and use time effectively.

* Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality.
