HR Manager
Reporting to Global HR Director, the HR Manager is responsible for partnering with managers on key areas such as employee relations, talent management, recruiting, compensation and organizational design. The HR Manager will also participate on various HR projects and partner with HR COE members and HRBPs as necessary.
About the Job:
HR Support: Partner with managers to develop and implement people and organization strategy to ensure business objectives are achieved as an extension of the broader Littelfuse initiatives.
* Provide proactive, innovative and customer‐oriented HR solutions to support business objectives.
* Coach managers and employees on performance management, career and talent development to support growth organization capability as well as employee development
* Assist the business with forecasting the resource requirements and skill competencies to support strategic business objectives and implement plans to close gaps.
* Work closely with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to support hiring requests.
* Partner with Total Reward team on job leveling, rewards & recognition to attract and retain our talent.
* Partner with managers to create an inclusive environment and improve diversity in our talent.
* Lead change management initiatives
Positive Employee Relations: Build positive employee relationship and improve employee experience at Littelfuse.
* Openly listen and respond to employee and manager questions, issues or concerns and recommend appropriate actions to address them. Be an employee advocate.
* Work with managers to apply employment policies and processes.
* Investigates hotline and serious associate relations complaints, create recommendations/plans to mitigate risk.
HR processes:
* Lead all HR processes for the organization, such as performance management, and annual rewards
* Provide insight into the employee guidebook to ensure accuracy and timely distribution to employees
* Coordinate Littelfuse Immigration cases
* Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations impacting human resource functions and ensure that policies and procedures are in compliance
About You:
* A minimum of five to seven years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions.
* Knowledge and experience in HR generalist capacity, in the areas of employee relations, employee engagement, talent development, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, organization development,
* Understands business issues, competitive environment and the implications for human capital management.
* Strong interpersonal skills, ability to coach and influence leaders.
* Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
* Strong organizational and project management skills
* Demonstrated ability to solve problems, make informed decisions and influence others
* Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include knowledge of Excel and skills in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). Workday experience will be considered an asset.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence without authority.
