Let's talk about the day in the life of our Residential Sales Consultant at Pentair Water Solutions.
You receive full-time employment.
That includes guarantee base salary, aggressive commission structure, benefits, company vehicle and uniforms, paid time off including vacation, sick time and holidays.

- You will work 5 days a week.
We will serve our customers from 8am-8pm and work 8 to 10 hours shifts. Sometimes there are influx of appointments which provides flexibility to build and grow your assigned territory through your hunter mentality to seek out self-generated leads.

You and your Regional Team will focus on key performance indicators to succeed. We all have competitive mindset and play to win! We measure success through beating target goals.
- You drive a company branded vehicle. We call your Mobile Retail Center.
- You will use our equipment issued to you daily.
You will stay connected with your team through sales field lightening each day to stay on track to your scheduled appointments. You will also use our custom designed Salesforce platform to create customer profiles, work tasks and opportunities to drive results.

Your customer will be cared for at the highest level of operational excellence not only delivering products on time but installing on time. We love to deliver White Glove Service.

- High School Diploma required.
- 3+ years of prior Residential Sales or Direct To Consumer Sales experience.
- Water filtration experience is a plus!
- Flexibility to work 5 days per week. This can include possible working past 8 hours, evenings, Saturdays and occasional holidays.
- Valid driver's license with at least 1 year of driving experience and less than 4 violations within the past 3 years in order to drive company provided vehicle.
- Must be comfortable driving for long periods of time.
- Strong attendance, punctuality, time management and using technology platforms.
- Comfortable being exposed to dogs & other animals during In-Home service.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
- Ability to travel for the first few weeks of training.
