Job description

SUMMARY: This is an opportunity to be part of an unparalleled design platform and forge a successful career within an exciting and growing business. The candidate should be an expert at providing consultation, design, and ordering support of cabinetry for dealer showrooms and cabinetry displays while having a proven track record in kitchen sales and have the ability to cultivate business relationships. The position will combine meeting with clients in our showroom as well as being responsible for actively visiting our existing clients and generating new clients to increase brand awareness and sales numbers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities are, but not limited to:

  • Create and foster relationships with architects, real estate marketing departments, investors, contractors, and developers.
  • Create polished sales presentations and reaching out to key potential clients in a tactful, personalized way.
  • Generate and qualify opportunities by conducting meetings at the showroom
  • Work on immediate sales to meet the quarterly budgets while planting seeds for medium and long-term sale targets
  • Develop full-scale projects alongside clients and their architects/designers to achieve maximum use of the Luminaire line of products.
  • Work with the internal team of designers and drafters
  • Conduct and oversee the entire sale process from inception to delivery and installation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have 2-3 years experience of working in the high-end kitchen and furniture market with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Must be comfortable working alongside the existing design team as well as possessing an entrepreneurial attitude towards generating and completing their own projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication along with proficient organization and timeline planning
  • Computer knowledge; Word, Photoshop, Excel, PowerPoint, Autocad, and Adobe Suite a must.
  • Occasional national travel required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

COVID-19 considerations:
Masks are still currently required within the showroom and while working with guest. Masks requirements in business is required under OSHA policies.

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
