LaSalle Network is partnering with a top company in Chicago looking to add mid and senior level Lead Business Analysts to their team. This role is responsible for supporting operations by providing actionable analytics and KPIs as they onboard new clients.

Lead Business Analyst Responsibilities:

• Partner with leadership to develop a strategic vision for the department
• Work with internal teams to build and maintain reporting dashboards
• Conduct in-depth analysis of data and presenting findings to leadership
• Generate departmental business intelligence, data management, reporting and analytics
• Handle any ad hoc project requests or needs
• Develop operational and financial performance tracking dashboards in Tableau
• Gather data to help compose monthly reviews of the operational and financial performance of the division
• Improve processes for the creation and/or distribution of existing reporting
• Organize, analyze, interpret, and report on large amounts of raw data
• Ensure all data is accurate through quarterly audits
• Work within our reporting dashboard to build out flows and conduct audits of current systems
• Receive, assign, and prioritize incoming reporting and data tickets
• Brainstorm new features and solutions through data
• Adhere to deadlines and requirements of assigned projects

Lead Business Analyst Requirements:

• 2-6+ years of professional experience
• Intermediate to advanced SQL skills - ability to write queries, join tables, etc.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or similar strongly preferred
• Proven proficiency in MS Excel
• Exposure to Python or R
• Experience working with BI tools to create data visualizations, reports, and dashboards
• Experience working directly with Tableau, Power BI, Qlikview, Domo, or other business intelligence tools
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven ability to synthesize complicated data concepts into actionable solutions
• Exceptional organizational, project management, and prioritization skills
• Proven ability to adhere to deadlines, stay organized, and understand project limitations

Nice to have:

• Proficiency in leading a small team
• Experience interfacing with C-suite executives and leadership teams
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
