Position Summary
The Manager, Technical Recruiting will design and lead the operations behind recruiting, interviewing, and hiring for the IMG Performance product and technology teams. You will partner closely with HR and executive leadership to build a world-class product development organization

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of all Product & Technology recruiting for IMG Performance
- Partner with senior product and technology executives to understand hiring objectives and develop recruiting strategies to hit headcount goals
- Design and execute creative sourcing strategies and recruiting campaigns
- Manage 3rd party recruiting agencies including agency selection, negotiation of terms and fee agreements, and ongoing evaluation of performance
- Partner with hiring managers to design interview plans, working to remove bias from the interview process
- Design and deliver on an exceptional candidate experience including candidate communication and preparation, scheduling, and booking interviews and sharing relevant materials.
- Build and deliver on a diversity strategy alongside cross functional partners
- Leverage data to define success metrics and measure productivity
- Stay current with relevant employment law and recruitment practices, advising hiring managers as needed
Experience
- Experience managing the full recruiting cycle and hitting hiring goals for a rapidly scaling technology organization
- Experience liaising with hiring managers, executives and other stakeholders
- Experiencing managing third party recruiting agencies including negotiating rates and contract terms
- Experience conducting interviews and evaluating candidates
- Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems
