Position Location:
Local remote initially, moving to hybrid (2-3 days/week in our Chicago office).


Key Functions:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to Member Engagement and Education divisions.
  • Handle call and email requests from members, nonmembers, and constituent/component officers regarding membership information and other ADHA activities.
  • Respond to member inquiries and manage voicemail and email inbox daily for general ADHA and related accounts.
  • Respond to requests for assistance with webinar links and webinar registration troubleshooting.
  • Provide general administrative support for the organization.
  • Support ADHA's collective membership recruitment and retention efforts through assigned division and intra-divisional initiatives.
  • Data entry, including performing password resets and general updates to member records in iMIS.
  • Assist with student membership payments and tracking.
  • Order and maintain office supplies.
  • Assist with various other projects as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred; association experience a plus.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time management, organizational skills and attention to detail, previous administrative experience preferred.
  • Must have very strong technology, communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically as part of a team.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and internet research.
  • Association Management System (AMS) a plus.
