Job Overview
Antares Capital Closing and Booking team is seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Analyst to join our growing operations team. The primary focus of this role will be closing, funding, and booking of commercial loan transactions.

Responsibilities
- Ensure timely, accurate and complete closing, booking, and funding of new transactions and subsequent refinancing and restructurings for a large middle-market lending portfolio
- Prepare and formulate internal closing funds flow memorandum, reconciling against sponsor funds flow memorandums and capital markets lender allocations
- Anticipate and independently resolve issues, as well as advocate and recommend solutions and alternatives to satisfy customer needs after balancing against operational risk and business requirements
- Manage the customer KYC/AML due diligence process and requirements for the deal team and monitor/coordinate the AML process against deadlines
- Manage investor KYC due diligence process
- Preparation and distribution of closing funding notices to lenders, including calculation and tracking of investor funding shares and reconciliations
- Coordinate and track receipt of all lender administrative details and tax forms
- Drive business understanding and adherence to required policies and procedures that are a necessary part of the closing, funding and booking process
- Ensure a clean and timely hand-off of newly funded transaction to the loan servicing team, with a constant focus on improving overall cycle time

Qualifications
- Bachelor or Associate degree in business law, finance, accounting, paralegal certificate, or related degree
- Experience reviewing loan documentation and translating content into loan servicing system requirements
- 2+ years of experience with a financial institution or other organization with exposure to loan documents, and a general knowledge of strong analytical, problem solving, and independent decision-making skills
- Ability to deal with multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Understanding of loan documentation and ability to extract pertinent information and translating that content into loan servicing system requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to successfully interface with customers, third parties, and key internal stakeholders
- Proficiency with Microsoft office suite with emphasis on Outlook, Word and Excel usage or comparable software application; experience with Loan IQ strongly preferred
- Previous exposure to various finance products and structures including loans, and equity investments
- Able and willing to work extended hours when necessary during periods of high transaction volume
- Positive "can-do" approach to responsibilities and ability to work collaboratively with others

Requirements
- Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
