Job description

Assistant Responsibilities

Daily Tasks:

  • Client Relations - maintain past client relations and engage future clients - Birthday/Anniversary cards, closing gift management, etc
  • Manage Daily Task Spreadsheet (Update accordingly with new tasks, assign priority, include status, and follow up notes)
  • Update calendars with showings/meetings
  • Manage and update closing spreadsheet
  • Manage realtor expenses
  • Research real estate articles to keep agents relevant and up to speed
  • Scheduling appointments

Marketing Tasks:

  • Post items on various social media outlets - Post on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn
  • Create marketing material for listings & clients (buyer books/listing presentations/brochures)
  • Event planning o Implement marketing strategy for print, digital, etc.
  • Come up with creative 'out of the box' ideas on how to further market real estate agents
  • Manage Constant Contact
  • Manage relationship with graphic designers/printers
  • Manage testimonials and ensure they are posted on all necessary sites

Client Tasks:

  • MLS Searches/Off Market Searches per their requirements (remove)
  • Schedule Showings o Manage listing process
  • Create drafts in MLS/communicate with contract admin to get listings live
  • Create folders in Google Drive for client/property
  • DMS management o Use Showing Assist as needed for showings
  • Contract Management

CRM Tasks:

  • Manage and update databases
  • Upload and download files to various CRM sites

Contract Managment:

  • Review contracts for accuracy
  • Upload contract paperwork to google drive and DMS
  • Follow up with brokers to obtain necessary documentation

Listing Managment:

  • Help create listing in MLS
  • Coordinate pictures
  • Upload documentation
  • Manage disclosures
  • Correspond with clients

Miscellaneous:

  • Research lead generation opportunities
  • Pick up items needed
  • Put out open house signs

Car and Laptop required

College degree preferred

Real estate experience a huge plus!

Marketing and Graphic designs skills also a huge plus!

Salary/Hourly Rate negotiable

Skill set: Understanding of technology, word, google drive/dropbox, excel, preferred experience but not necessary with MLS, Document Management systems, CRM, marketing skills,

Personality traits: self-motivated, accountable, analytical, process driven, strategic, organized, flexible, energetic, honest, kind, positive attitude, self starter, meticulous, works well under pressure

Experience:

  • Assistant: 1 year (Required)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

License:

  • Driver's License (Required)
