We offer an eclectic mix of men's and women's jewellery in sterling silver and 18 carat gold, with an enviable collection of charms and charm bracelets for you to choose from. We also offer a desirable mix of leather and silver items, for the home or the workplace, or for the perfect gift.

JOB SUMMARY

The Sales Associate is responsible for maximizing every selling opportunity by providing excellent customer service, achieving individual sales plans, and representing the FF Group Brand to the highest standards of presentation, conduct, and customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To provide excellent levels of customer care surpassing customer expectations at every opportunity * To maximize every selling opportunity to meet or exceed individual sale and KPI goals, while ensuring store achieves overall goals well * Capture meaningful customer data for the purpose of connecting with clients, building relationships, and personalizing future client development. * Provide accurate knowledge on products, promotions, features, current sales process, and store locations. * Maintain security standards within stores to ensure safety of customers, colleagues, and store assets, * To ensure all Service Care Standards are completed efficiently and on time, maintaining accurate records of all customer requirements and following company procedures. * To attend and participate in all store meetings and training events as required ensuring good communication is maintained. * To lead in personal development and growth through a timely completion of training * Any other tasks as outlined by the Store Management, being flexible in approach to the business demands.

QUALIFICATIONS

* High School diploma/ GED * Minimum of one year retail experience (Sales, Luxury or Jewellery sales preferred) * Experience in a client-book driven sales environment * Department store experience preferred * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.* Professional and polished workplace demeanor. * Proficient computer skills * Multiple language skills preferred
