Real Estate Office Admin (Gold Coast)


Gold Coast Realty Chicago a highly recognized Boutique Real Estate Company located in the heart of the Gold Coast is looking for a Bright, Enthusiastic, Organized, and Detail Person

for the Position of Office Admin.


This position would be ideal for an individual pursuing a degree or looking to gain a wealth of experience in residential and commercial Real Estate.


Responsibilities will include:

Calling Warm and Cold Inbounds Leads to set-up buyer or seller consultations

Calling Expired Leads

Working with the Real Estate Brokers one-on-one

Spearheading our Social Media Campaigns, Postings, and Maintenance using the Big 3

Facebook, Instagram, and Linkedin

Execute Email Marketing Campaigns

Assisting with the marketing and execution of Brokers Opens and Open House events

General Day-to-day office duties
