Overview
This position is in the Illiquid Asset Operations group at RREEF Management, LLC, a real estate investment advisor, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of DWS. You will provide support to the Real Estate Operations team, with a primary focus on supporting the various business technology applications used across the platform. The position will interact with many RREEF teams including Portfolio Management, Asset Management, Fund Finance, and Transactions as well as provide support to third party partners who utilize our systems including fund administrators and property management teams. You will build a strong knowledge of different operational procedures to help support all RREEF advised direct real estate vehicles in the U.S. (approximately $24 billion asset under management). The position will help ensure that the training and support needs of all users are met, system functionality is optimized, respond to custom requests to tailor reports and also help lead and manage various business operational processes outside of technology.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong cross-functional relationships, consistent communication and cooperation with various groups at RREEF to support department and company initiatives
- Interact with external contacts including the Fund Administrator, property managers, and property accountants
- Administration on select systems including Yardi PAY, COLLECT, ABF, Argus Enterprise and VTS
- Project management on new software implementations and upgrades
- Complete ad hoc projects and tasks to improve efficiency and processes
- Maintain transaction tracker, coordinate entity dissolution process with corporate secretary, and assist with bank account set-up process
Your Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required with a concentration in business technology or information systems
- Extensive relevant experience in system support/operations position
- Experience in a real estate or investment management firm strongly desired
- Prior experience with Yardi, Argus and VTS preferred
- Project management experience a plus
