Job Description
It's all about connections. Kalles Group is looking to add a Recruiter to our team. Whether you are new in your career and have a natural ability for connecting people, or you have recruiting experience with technology consultants - we would love to speak to you. This role requires an individual who is passionate about fostering positive relationships and thinking "outside-the-box" for recruiting and recruiting operations.

Responsibilities:
- You will facilitate an outstanding hiring experience for candidates. You will establish a single point-of-contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
- You will manage full lifecycle recruiting process including job descriptions, sourcing, screening assessments, interviews, offers, and on-boarding.
- You will build a robust candidate pipeline through a variety of sourcing methods. You'll ensure that a sufficient candidate pipeline is maintained to support current and anticipated resource requirements.
- You will identify and assess potential candidate sources, determine source effectiveness, and make recommendations on process improvements while keeping focus on immediate business priorities.

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong cross-group collaboration skills and ability to build credible relationships across multiple audiences: candidates, hiring managers, client project sponsors, etc.
- Highly developed analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Strong business and work ethic. Self-starter.
- Desire to work in an integrated team environment and as an individual contributor. Team player with a positive attitude.
- Keen attention to detail, excellent follow-through, decisive / assertive in recommendations with ability to provide concise rationale.
- Strong independent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Driven to produce quality results and is goal oriented.
Qualifications:
- Four-year college degree is preferred, preferably in business, computer science, MIS, human resource or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Prefer 2+ years recruiting experience in a technology-focused environment.
- Skilled at partnering with account managers to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches to manage customer expectations.
- Strong sourcing skills with a track record of implementing innovative and effective strategies for sourcing passive candidates.
- Knowledge and experience across a range of recruiting policies, best practices, and industry trends.
- Focus on results, ability to drive the recruiting process, and provide responsive follow-up to both candidates and account teams with a high degree of professionalism.
- Bonus points for familiarity with technology domains including cybersecurity, software/systems engineering, or similar technical industry experience.
