Job description

Responsibilities:

· Full cycle recruiting-job posting, screening, interview

· Recruit for nurses, some doctors, clinicians, therapists, psychiatrists

· Negotiate and offer selected for hire candidates and obtain higher up approval

· Research and attend job fairs, conferences, and other recruiting opportunity

Requirements:

· Must have previous healthcare recruiting experience

· Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

· Willing to travel within 10 miles of main office to interview candidates

· Ability to work will with a team and individually

  • Pursue new avenues for recruiting candidates
  • Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing methods
  • Develop recruiting strategies to attract highly qualified candidates
  • Determine online recruiting and sourcing strategies for attracting and recruiting candidates
  • Supporting hiring managers and candidates
  • Perform candidate searches for qualified candidates
  • Managing full cycle recruitment process which includes sourcing candidates
  • Present top qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools
