Arete is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiter) to join our award- winning team! As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Arete, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing and hiring top talent! Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for current hiring needs and act as the HIRING MANAGER from the initial phone screen to offers! Looking for recruiting role where you control the hiring?

Responsibilities:

• Be able to attract candidates using various sources!

• Conduct phones interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools

• Act as the HIRING MANAGER making offers to candidates!

• Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes

• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.

• Act as a point of contact and build candidate relationships during the selection and onboarding process

• Maintains a favorable working relationship with co-workers, clients & candidates! • Maintains strict confidentiality of client, company and personnel information

• Demonstrate a strong commitment to the mission and Aretê values of the organization

• Misc projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum: 1+ year of Recruiting or Customer Service preferred

• Must be career-minded and seeking a long- term position!

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

• Local to the Chicagoland area

• Background check and drug screen conducted

• Hybrid schedule. Monday/ Friday remote! Tu-Thurs in office!
