After doubling in size for two years running, Engtal is on a mission to grow from 30 to 100 people in the coming three years. We're looking for two, highly talented, motivated, and entrepreneurial graduates from the Class of 2021, to come with us on this journey. This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly expanding startup on the brink of explosion (figuratively, not literally).

What you'll do…

  • Utilize a range of innovative technologies and techniques to source for some of the best technology talent in the world
  • Business development, marketing and branding
  • Conduct Zoom and in-person client meetings (post COVID)
  • Become a "LinkedIn Guru" and utilize this social media platform to build a vast network of talented candidates
  • Source, screen and sell to prospective candidates via phone, video and in-person
  • Help manage compensation negotiations between our candidates and our clients
  • Partner with our Sales and Customer Success teams on conducting customer calls and client visits
  • Post engaging and insightful job adverts and content to attract talent
  • Market yourself and build your own personal brand, soon becoming an expert and thought leader in your technical recruitment niche

What you'll definitely need….

  • Either a 2021 graduate looking to launch their sales career or someone with 0 to 2 years sales experience
  • Strong desire to work in a fast-paced, sales-oriented environment
  • Keen eye for marketing and branding
  • Competitive nature with a reasonable level of banter
  • Located in, or willing to relocate to Chicago, IL
  • Outstanding work ethic and tangible examples of our three core values: Positivity, Drive & Innovation

Nice to have…

  • BS degree in Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurialism or similar
  • Examples of previous sales or recruitment jobs / internships

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
