Wells Fargo Capital Finance (WFCF) is one of the top lead arrangers of asset-based loans in the U.S. with a large and diversified portfolio of close to 2,400 customers and more than $33 billion in loans outstanding. WFCF offers traditional asset-based financing, specialized senior secured financing, accounts receivable financing, purchase order financing, and supply chain financing to a wide range of companies throughout the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.
Independently conducts all types of the most complex field exams of current and potential borrowers financial records. Ensures that financial records represent sound accounting procedures. Uses sound knowledge of company policies and procedures to effectively communicate to applicable Bank team members and participates in the implementation of collateral control procedures. This is the most senior level position involved in examination activities. Supervises and trains other staff and/or provides expertise on various industry specialties.

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule:
CO-Denver: Min: $71,000 Mid: $100,000 Max: $129,000
GA-Atlanta: Min: $71,000 Mid: $100,000 Max: $129,000
AZ-Chandler: Min: $71,000 Mid: $100,000 Max: $129,000
IL-Chicago: Min: $78,100 Mid: $110,000 Max: $141,900
May be considered for a discretionary bonus, Restricted Share Rights, or other long-term incentives.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of collateral asset based field exam experience demonstrated through work or military experience
Desired Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of accounting
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of asset based lending principles
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Strong analytical skills including the ability to analyze financial metrics
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Job Expectations
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
