Job description
DoorDash is looking for a Senior Associate to help develop the best in class experience for Enterprise merchants. The Enterprise Strategy & Operations team is focused on enhancing the merchant experience by providing a seamless onboarding, menu, marketing and account management experience and building the foundation for our sales and account management teams to continue to scale. In this role, specifically, you will work to ensure that our Enterprise merchants receive a high-quality experience across all components of the sales lifecycle. DoorDash is in need of an experienced, data-driven operator to accelerate our growth in the Enterprise space. This will include partnering cross functionally with marketing, sales, operations, finance, legal, product and our senior leadership team to identify growth opportunities, analyze the trade-offs and execute the solution across the Enterprise organization. The position will require relentless prioritization and data-driven decision-making to ensure the team is working towards the right goals and has the tools, processes and strategy required to achieve them. In this role you'll have the rare opportunity to help define and lead some of the most impactful initiatives we undertake as a company.
What You'll Do
- Strategize - Devise and execute process improvements to enhance sales productivity and partner management for our most valuable merchant partners
- Collaborate - Work cross functionally with our internal business partners to support best in class performance for our merchants
- Analyze - Build models or use SQL to evaluate the economics, value, and opportunity costs of strategic initiatives and their impact to growth, revenue and business objectives
- Influence - Manage cross-functional projects with our sales, partner management, operations, product, engineering, business operations and BD teams to improve the internal tools being built for our sales and partner management teams
- Scale - Document and train internal teams on new processes and refine these on an ongoing basis

- You have 3+ years of experience in a project management or operations role.
- BA/BS degree in business or related field
- Strong written/verbal communications and presentation skills
