Support the end-to-end Portfolio Management tracking for Enterprise Clinical Services. Partner with the Clinical Strategy and Solutions Portfolio Leads to document and review the initiative pipeline and support on-going maintenance of project status. Ensure all stakeholders are fully informed of new/updated solutions and identify/escalate any issues communicated by stakeholders. Support ongoing monitoring and adjustments of key performance indicators for ECS affordability initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Partner with Clinical Strategy and Solutions Portfolio Lead(s) to determine operational impact of changes within design solutions i.e. does the solution have an ECS impact for affordability projects
• Support in the tracking of Enterprise Clinical Services project pipeline for all ECS Operations areas including
• Participate in reviews of final project solution(s)
• Ensure that identified solution(s) meet business requirements for all applicable stakeholders
• Ensure all stakeholders are fully informed of new/updated solutions and identify/escalate any issues communicated by stakeholder
• Support ongoing reporting, monitoring, and maintenance of post deploy process, including tracking volumes, savings, and key performance indicators for ECS initiatives
• Identify opportunities to engage additional internal and external resources to provide expanded and/or new solutions
• Communicate ongoing updates to all applicable stakeholders to ensure understanding of and alignment with initiative status / changes using roadmaps and other tools

Required Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree
• 1+ years of experience with Data Analytics
• Experience with utilizing data to influence key process decision makers
• Ability to work with little direct supervision; seeks guidance on only the most complex tasks
• Advanced Excel and Intermediate PowerPoint skills
• Knowledge of risk planning, risk identification, quantification, & response planning skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Affordability and Financial Tracking
• Experience within Clinical role
• Experience with operations
• Adaptable and flexible style of collaborating with key stakeholders in setting direction
• Proven execution and operational focus with demonstrated project management, change management, and execution skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and time management and scheduling skills
• Proven decision-making skills including prioritization of multiple deliverables

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $64,800 to $116,000. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $71,400 to $127,400.
