looking for a talented Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to join our

**All Sogeti Prospective Candidates Must:**

Possess a Bachelors and/or Masters Degree from an accredited
institution.

Be a US Citizen or a current permanent resident Green Card holder.
Sponsorship now or in the future is unable to be provided for this role.

Be currently residing in the Chicagoland area. Non-local candidates
will NOT be considered as onsite will eventually be required.

Willingness to travel/commute and work onsite throughout the
entire Chicagoland area possibly including domestic throughout the US, once
allowable and safe.

You are a
self-driven individual with a -get it done- mentality that has a passion for
helping organizations solve complex business and technology problems. You will
build and deliver intelligent and robust solutions for clients. In this role,
you will lead technical requirements sessions, act as a liaison between clients
and internal development staff, Architect and document solutions, and develop
interfaces between Salesforce.com and other systems. You will have work
experience and be adept at managing client expectations, leading development
teams and maintaining scope according to defined requirements.

**We are looking for a bright minded,self-motivated, team player with a strong background and skilled with a highdegree of intellectual curiosity and abilities with:**

Proposing, implementing and managing the
implementation of Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.

Leading client sessions to gather, define and
document business requirements.

Developing implementation estimates and plans for
phases of the delivery lifecycle including development, testing, training,
communication, deployment and post-production support.

Documenting requirements in the form of use cases.

Demonstrating solution functionality to business
stakeholders as needed.

Designing and participating in end-user acceptance
testing.

Presenting solution options to customer, evaluating
the pros and cons of declarative configuration against code and customization.

Performing impact analysis for scope change requests,
documenting changes to requirements, configuration and data mapping.

Participating in declarative system configuration.

Providing technical and functional expertise to
project teams.

Participating in training content development and
Administrator and end-user training delivery.

**Technical SkillsRequirements:**

Expertise working
as a consultant with the Salesforce.com platform.

Experience with Salesforce
implementations with an in-depth technical backend knowledge of the platform.

Delivered
numerous complex Salesforce projects.

Ability to handle
client escalations, strategic alignment conversations and conflict resolution
at executive levels.

Desired: Salesforce
Marketing Cloud Certification, Salesforce Sales Cloud Certification, Salesforce
Service Cloud Certification, Project management experience/certification.
