You Will
Marketing Technology Business Analyst is the lead contact and expert in supporting marketing and advertising technology platforms to promote adoption, help marketing growth and improve advertising spend. Support new implementations, upkeep, configuration and reliable operation of marketing technology systems to meet the needs of the users. Work includes, data and content integration through API, SQL & Data Extraction Tools. Ensuing end-to-end workflow are configured to improve effectiveness marketing campaigns and operations. Marketing Technology Business Analyst can understand scope and priority of request, translate business request/needs into a solution within current tool set and identify when a new solution is required. Role must also understand marketing strategies to further support goals through researching industry trends and data privacy regulations. You will report to the Manager, Marketing Business applications.
You Have
- Bachelors or Master's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in related field
- Understands role of marketing in an organization and how marketing and advertising technology can help our growth
- Proven experience with MarTech & AdTech products and infrastructures (e.g., Adobe, Google, Identity Solutions, LiveRamp, TradeDesk etc.)
- Hands-on proficiency with SQL and JavaScript, and experience configuring APIs is required
- Strong technical background and understanding how data and content flows and its interdependencies across a range of market-specific systems
- Strong project and vendor management with demonstrated experience overseeing vendor delivery projects
- Sense of curiosity including ability to identify industry patterns/trends and applying them in new and unfamiliar situations
- Understand campaign workflows and interdependencies across end-to-end marketing workflow systems (e.g. JIRA, APRIMO, Workfront)
- Complex systems and identify opportunities for improvements.
- You will manage and promote across multiple technology platforms. Including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager, Google Marketing Cloud, LiveRamp, APRIMO, Digital Marketing Channel Technologies, PPC, SEO and Digital Media Display
