The Impact You Will Make Grubhub is looking for an innately curious, deeply analytical and highly driven Sr. Manager to help lead our Merchant Growth team. The Merchant Growth team provides the insights to help determine and drive optimal investments and priorities/strategies across our network of merchant supply. In this role, you will be responsible for knowing the 'who, what, and whys' of the supply side of our marketplace - continuously digging into trends and defining opportunities to drive our strategy. This role reports to the Director of Merchant Growth and works closely with senior leaders across departments. What You Bring to the Table BA/BS from top-tier University 7+ years of experience in an analytical role, preferably within consulting, strategy, business development, operations, technology, banking, analytics or related experience; high-growth or early-stage start-up experience is a plus Excellent analytical skills with an ability to dive deep, summarize, and clearly connect data to insights and action Highly organized, communicative and able to prioritize and work to tight deadlines Strong people management skills, with track record of effectively hiring and developing a team SQL and Tableau strongly preferred, Python for bonus points Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint And Of Course, Perks!
