Job description

We are looking for an individual to support our Transformation Finance team and help provide day-to-day reporting and analysis support to the Transformation Office (TMO) and Finance Leadership on Willis Towers Watson's multiyear journey to realize our Grow, Simplify, and Transform vision and strategy. You will collaborate with leaders and a multidisciplinary functional team to help deliver, manage, and execute on Willis Towers Watson's transformation program.

This role can be located anywhere in the US Eastern or Central time zones. Preference for candidates based in Philadelphia, PA.

**The Role**

+ Supports Transformation Finance team in program impact assessment and measurement of data against goals

+ Provide guidance to finance & workstreams around the process to appropriately record qualifying restructure spend

+ Review monthly transformation cost data to ensure that spend meets restructure qualifications.

+ Post adjustments and advise parties as necessary

+ Consolidate and review transformation restructure costs data for accuracy and create monthly reports by spend and save type.

+ Assist in transfer of data between various systems to aid in program management and reporting

+ Assist as needed to move costs to appropriate restructuring accounts.

+ Assists in modeling, analytics and dashboard creation as needed

+ Provide supplemental data or assistance a needed to tax, audit, etc in support of program costs

+ Provide ad hoc analysis and support as needed

**The Requirements**

+ Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or another quantitative field. MBA or CFA a plus.

+ 2 to 4 years of progressive experience in corporate finance or accounting, preferably from a large public company in the professional services, brokerage, or insurance industry

+ Experience working with complex financial models and working knowledge of the relationship between income statement, balance sheet, and statement of cashflow is strongly desired.

+ A can-do attitude and the ability to build credibility with stakeholders

+ Data-driven decision mindset who can use sound judgement, analytical thinking, and insightful recommendations to solve business problems

+ Strong analytical, integrative and problem-solving skills

+ Solid interpersonal skills and client service orientation

+ Ability to work both independently and on teams, including virtual work teams with members in different geographic regions

+ Strong organizational abilities and flexibility to work in a performance driven environment managing multiple project priorities

+ Sense of accountability, owning one's work and taking pride in it; commitment to quality and continuous improvement

+ Ability to travel and work extended hours as needed
