Bank of America is a top issuer of global commercial card programs, recognized as #1 issuer of Visa and Mastercard Commercial Credit solutions by market share (Nilson) for the 7th year in a row. The continued growth of our cards business is driven by ongoing investments and innovation in our commercial card capabilities to help our clients optimize their supplier and travel spending. As a leader within Bank of America's Commercial Card and Comprehensive Payables Product Team, the incumbent will be part of a dynamic, fast growing business and play a key role in delivering innovative solutions for some of the world's largest companies.
Associate will be responsible for managing and developing BofA's global card API strategic roadmap. They will lead the creation of business cases, business requirements for technology projects, prioritization of features delivered, project management and oversight, and technology funding expenditure for the projects they champion. Key projects will include global card's integration with CashPro solutions as well as launching an enhanced Virtual Travel experience. As part of this role, the incumbent will own commercialization efforts around new capabilities as they are rolled out - partnering with product launch, marketing, and sales to ensure we are maximizing the adoption and benefit of our investments. They will also work closely with Technology and Operations to minimize expenses associated with the solutions, and be charged with identifying and leading initiatives to drive down costs for the business while maintaining the highest level of quality and ongoing innovation.

Required Skills:

• 5+ required years experience in product management or development
• bachelors degree
• Deep understanding of Commercial Cards industry
• Deep understanding of BofA or External Bank Card Platforms
• Strategic thinker & tactical execution skillset
• Strong multi-tasker responsible for various projects simultaneously
• Strong communication, presentation and persuasion skills
• Ability to work on cross-functional, global teams in multiple time zones

Desired Skills:

• Project management experience.
• Working knowledge of key regulations that impact card platforms in Europe/Asia
