South Central Bank N.A. is a small community bank that wasestablished in 1966. It is nestled in Chicago's South Side with branches inBridgeport, Chinatown, South Loop, and the West Loop. We are currently lookingfor an outgoing experienced banking professional to assist in the growth anddevelopment of the bank.

Position Summary:

The Universal Banker is primarily responsible for providingtransactional and informational services to bank customers as well ascross-selling bank products and services.

Qualifications:

· HighSchool Diploma or equivalency required.

· Atleast 2 years cash handling experience.

· Flexiblehours. Must be available to work as early as 7:15 AM. or as late at 6:15 PM. aswell as some Saturday mornings.

General Responsibilities:

· Provideexceptional customer service.

· Processcustomer financial transactions.

· Balancecash drawer.

· Assistcustomers with opening checking, savings, certificate of deposit and safedeposit box accounts.

· Alwaysmaintain customer confidentiality by verifying all necessary signatures,endorsements, and proper photo identification.

· Ordercheck books and debit cards for bank customers.

· Answercustomer's questions regarding banking products such as online banking, mobileapp, and remote deposit capture.

· Managecustomer's Safe Deposit Box access.

· Processdaily mail, night depository, and ATM.

· Complywith all banking regulations as related to position which include but notlimited to BSA/AML and OFAC.

· Yearlycompletion of all on-line compliance training.

· Fosterand maintain at atmosphere of solutions, innovation, and continuousimprovement.
