OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE
- Responsible for maintaining the network expansion site and market selection data files to support identifying and approving 40-60 new center locations per year.
- Ensures all company, competitor and 3rd party data is current and provides routine reports to drive business decisions.
- Participates in team and cross-functional reviews of data models and helps develop improvements for maintaining the models and improving accuracy of model outputs.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Accountable and responsible to maintain the US network expansion data by updating multiple files and routinely transmitting data to internal and external parties to update predictive models
- Generate model output reports, maps and other visual data displays to inform decision making and performance monitoring
- Create exhibits for various presentations following established templates and ensuring accurate data
- Develop new and improve existing data models or reports
- Analyze data trends and compare model output to actual performance to make recommendations for enhancements to the model to improve accuracy
- Leverage data sets to develop new predicative models or reports to inform business decisions
- Support multiple stakeholders with ad hoc reports as requested

- May participate in risk analysis and cost benefit analysis and assist with presenations to senior management for high complexity decisions

- Ability to analyze existing programs and make improvements to data accuracy and work flow efficiency

- Will maintain and analyze multiple data sets to support selection of sites for expansion throughout the US
EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
- Essential: Bachelor's degree and relevant experience in data entry and analysis. To perform this job satisfactorily, must demonstrate analytical, problem solving, communication, and organizational skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and have ability to merge complex data sets into various models to generate accurate and organized output reports including tables, graphs, maps and other visual data displays.
- Desired: Previous experience with mapping programs that display underlying data sets
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Travel requirement up to 10% domestically
