Global Salesforce / Sales Cloud Senior Business Analyst or Product Manager

The budgeted midpoint of the salary range for this position is $120,000.00; in addition, there is an annual bonus opportunity.
Do you have 3+ years of experience with the implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud, or similar Enterprise CRM Software (e.g., Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) for Sales teams?
Role Description:
- As a key member of our Global Commercial IT team, Product Manager specializing in continuous process systems improvement, focused on Sales processes on our global CRM system - Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Serve as a Senior Business Analyst, partnering with product owners to realize roadmap items.
- As owners of their product area, Product Managers are focused on long-/short-term product vision harmonizing internal business partners' interests with IT delivery, representing the product to the stakeholders.
- Work closely with internal business partners and internal/external delivery partners to develop/ execute a roadmap of solutions needed to support key business processes.
- Working closely with our internal business partners, the Product Manager along with the Product Owner, then prioritizes the request backlog/translates requirements into user stories for the scrum teams.
- As a global role, will require an overlap of local business hours and business hours in the Americas, Europe, and APAC.
Responsibilities
- Partner with regional and global business (our internal customer) and IT representatives at all levels of the organization to assess business needs and establish the product vision; initiate, prioritize, refine, and drive appropriate and innovative technology solutions; establish product roadmap.
- Effectively negotiate work scope with our business partners to align on objectives around time to market, effort, and scope. Manage and communicate trade-off decisions between scope and schedule. Manage delivery expectations with the business.
- Act as a hands-on analyst delivering as-is and to-be process flows and requirements documents.
- Establish, manage, and/or give input to project charters, plans, estimates/budget needs.
- Provide regular status updates to program management and the business.
- Create, prioritize, and groom a backlog of well-formed stories representing the needs and priorities of the business, for implementation by the internal or external scrum team(s).
- Prepare RFPs, participate in vendor presentations, review, and selection.
- Work directly with internal or external scrum teams on planning and execution of their work.
- Identify, manage, and communicate dependencies between internal and external teams, and systems.
- Anticipate blockers, conflicts, and obstacles, and escalate appropriately to solve.
- Communicate delivery scope, status, and questions back to business.
- Act as the subject-matter expert for your product area.
- Communicate effectively and appropriately with business and technical peers (written and verbal).
- Work comfortably with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.
- Review technical solutions for compliance to business process and objectives, as well as IT standards.
- Perform some Product Owner responsibilities as needed.
- Work proactively on business issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
Experience/Skills Required
- 3+ years of experience with the implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud, or similar Enterprise CRM Software (e.g., Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) for Sales teams.
- 5+ years of business analysis experience and implementing IT solutions, preferably in enterprise level implementations and solutions for global healthcare companies.
- Experience with SAFe and/or Agile/SCRUM techniques.
- Excellent team player with demonstrated ability to work with virtual and globally distributed cross-functional, internal, and external team teams.
- Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with the ability to effectively present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences, including senior management.
- Demonstrated ability to influence decisions and recommendations on technology strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex business problems.
- Strong business acumen and solution delivery expertise.
- Must be able to define, shape, and drive projects to completion while effectively collaborating with others.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks. Demonstrated knowledge of project management concepts and techniques.
- Requires limited direction.
- Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work with deadlines and in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Information Technology
- Preferably Salesforce.com Sales Cloud certified.
- Preference for Design Thinking knowledge or experience.
