Job description

    • General HR Assistant

      • Provide occasional support at the reception desk

      • Maintain HR reports as needed, including but not limited to weekly recruiting report and on-boarding tracker

      • Completes monthly billing for franchise recruiting charges, the company's Learning Management System (LMS), Storage/Shredding vendor and other miscellaneous invoices

      • Maintain company organizational charts

      • Prepare and send company-wide communications

      • Collect and maintain requests for tuition reimbursement

      • Process orders for the Employee Purchase Program

      • File HR and personnel documents

      • Plan and coordinate employee monthly engagement activities/events

    • Assist with recruiting and on-boarding process.

      • Initiate job posting process when needed

      • Schedule interviews and prepare documents for the interview team

      • Create and present offer letters to candidates

      • Assist with on-boarding tasks such as scheduling drug tests, background checks and new hire meetings

    • Perform routine administrative tasks in support of the HR Team.

      • Assist with preparation for trainings/meetings/events - prepare meeting areas including, booking space when needed, room set-up, ordering lunch, copies, etc.

      • Lead the planning of employee events - Company picnic, Holiday activities, etc.

    • Perform facilities administration

    • Perform other tasks as assigned

  • Requirements:

    • Associate degree

    • 2 years of assistant experience - preferably in Human Resources

    • Proficient in MS Office

    • Experience interacting with customers on the phone and face-to-face

    • Knowledge of state and federal labor laws and regulations a plus
