Human Resources Director opportunity for a Healthcare organization located in the suburbs of Chicago.

As a member of the leadership team, you will give direction and oversight to the Human Resources department which will include workforce planning, compensation, performance management, talent development, benefits, and employee relations. Oversees the establishment, implementation on and promotion of comprehensive and appropriate HR policies and programs. Provides advice and guidance for decision regarding the stewardship of the talents of staff focusing on recruitment, management growth and retention of high performing staff. Ensures the HR programs are aliening with organizations annual and strategic growth plans. This positions supports the executive leaders as well 200 employees located across the Chicagoland area. The Director will be involved with day-to-day human resources issues and provide insight, counseling and problem resolution to managers and staff. Key areas: Partner in leading the organization, strategic partner in attracting and developing talent, ensure HR programs, culture builder and provides robust technology platforms that serve employees. This is a Direct Hire Permanent Opportunity!

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of HR leadership experience. Health care services industry highly desirable. An undergraduate degree in Human Resources or related field: MBA or Master's degree preferred. Proven expertise in developing strategic partnership with senior management and influencing key business decision in a fast-paced quickly scaling organization. Outstanding organization and project planning skills. Assertive, high energy, independent, results-oriented demeanor and a strong drive to succeed. Ability to work at a high level of independence and autonomy. Very high EQ and social skills. Warm demeanor and proven to facilitate positive interactions. Proven expertise in managing talent acquisition analytics, acquisition strategies and managing recruiters and the tools used.
