Job description

Projected length: 12 months

Clear concise verbal and written communications within the Pilot Plant Testing Operation's Department; face to face, log and e-mail. HS&E Excellence - Displays ownership of safety for self, fellow employees, and the environment. Works well in a Team environment. Follows through on commitments and build trust among others. Operate, monitor and take readings on a group of pilot plants, as well as make adjustments and take corrective actions to keep the plants on specifications during routine operations. Shift Technicians operate pilot plants while working a 12 hour shift rotating through day and night shifts, and are eligible for shift premiums and scheduled and unscheduled overtime.

Basic Candidate Qualifications:
High School Graduate.
Possess good mechanical aptitude, math & basic computer skills including Excel, Outlook, Word.
Must be willing to work a rotating shift, and get one's hands dirty.
Must be willing to use personal protective equipment.
US employment authorization required.

Additional Candidate Qualifications:
Candidates should be detail oriented, have good communication skills, and be able to follow written and oral instructions to accomplish multiple tasks safely.

Special Considerations:
Lifting is generally at or below 30Lbs. without significant repetitions. Moderate exposure to machinery, chemical, biological, and physical risks is anticipated. Operation of a Powered industrial truck is considered at least Industrial and may be considered Heavy as determined by other exposures. Ensure candidate experience relates to that provided in job description and experience is clearly identifiable on resume for client review
