KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Corporate Vice President of HR, the Human Resources Coordinator will work closely with members of Corporate HR Team to support HR processes, manage employee data/transactions, and act as a first point of contact for new an existing corporate team members.
Specifically, this person will:
- Act as the primary HR System Administrator for the Corporate HR team - processing requisitions, offers, and employee data changes.
- Enter and track payroll or HRIS tickets for changes that require escalation for approval/processing.
- Coordinate recurring HR activities, such as weekly onboarding, monthly new-hire meetings, and other employee events.
- Support New Hire Orientation by scheduling meeting: reserve conference room, invite new employees and presenters, order breakfast and lead the general benefits overview slides.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to support various leadership development programs.
- Act as a first point of contact to answer questions for new and existing Dover Corporate employees.
- Review and process invoices for HR vendors.
- Manager the administration of the Employee Wellness Reimbursement Program.
- Support HR Central reporting requests as needed.
- Maintain electronic employee HR files.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ years of Human Resources experiences
- Strong analytics skills
- Exposure to HR principles, practices, and laws.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills - should be able to create vlookup formulas and pivot tables.
- Experience using SuccessFactors HRIS a plus
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
EDUCATION
An undergraduate degree is required.
